  • Models 501HC and 601HC have been the workhorses of the PocketShear™ product line since 1991.
     
  • A major revision in 1999 simplified the housings and some drive mechanisms.
     
  • Another revision took place in 2008, adding lubrication access at critical points and increasing the sturdiness of the nosepiece unit.  At that time, an upgrade program was put into place for all existing customers that allowed their units to upgraded for only the freight charges to and from the Tiger Industries plant in Dallas, Texas
